It's good to be back!

Hey guys!

After a HUGE spotty streak of posting on my last Wordpress blog (also called There's Moore to It) I am finally getting the motivation to get back to one of my most loved hobbies! BLOGGING! In the wake of doing so, I wanted a new, clean platform. Hopefully you all like this one more as I think it is easier to navigate. Subscribe at the bottom of this page for future content!

I also have some AMAZING surprises to come with future posts and am stoked to be sharing it with you. As most of you know, I am one of the few ambassadors for the amazing Saint Louis clothing company, Arch Apparel. I will be posting their latest clothing releases on here frequently, and now that Fall is coming I will have some fun pieces to share. Use my discount code Maddie10 for 10% off of your next purchase at archapparel.com! ;)

Now for the big announcement that some of you may know a little bit about from my SnapChats and Instagram posts... I am also now one of the ambassadors for Peak Nutrition! I am about a week and a half into their nutrition and supplement program, and already feel so much better about my appearance and overall well being. What's Peak you may ask? I asked the owner, James Stratman to explain in his own words who Peak is, and what they stand for to introduce you to his very own brand.

Meet James:

"Peak was started 4 years ago in my hometown, Florissant, MO. We started with the idea of selling the customer the products they requested, not a particular brand.

I started by selling products out of a car in front of Golds Gym. We now have 6 stores, our own product line, and well over a million dollars in revenue.

Nutrition has always been a passion of mine once I started playing college lacrosse. I saw the difference it made in my life, and will never turn back.

Peak now stands for a lot more than it did back then. We use the triangle to represent fitness; The bottom legs are exercise and nutrition - the foundation of fitness, the peak at the top represents supplementation - meant to bridge the gap between the two. This allows us to help you in whatever area your weak in, whether it's low energy, not enough protein, recovery aids, or general health."

I already have learned so much about nutrition from James and his team and am so excited to share this journey with my followers. This fitness transformation is going to be a blast to share with you all and I am looking forward to getting where I know I can be. The best part about it is that this program is REALISTIC. I have probably done every fad diet you can think of, and this one is NOT a diet. So if that is what you are looking for from my posts... You may want to stop reading, because this is a lifestyle. It is important to take care of your body everyday and I can't believe I let myself get to where I am today. You 100% are WHAT you put into your body, and your weight/muscle amount will attest to that. The Ellisville location in Saint Louis offers the 'Bod Pod' (shown below), which measures your body fat so you can see where you stand with your progress in the program. It is painless and as small as it looks, with out the claustrophobic feeling! There are no Bod Pods we know of in the Saint Louis area, which is pretty awesome that Peak offers it.

My goal for these posts is to inspire women who are in the same position I am in. For women who are feeling uncomfortable with how they look, as well as those who are looking to maximize their healthy lifestyle. As a woman, we all have different 'problem areas' that we all wish we could get rid of but don't know how to. The supplements James gave me, has already began to help my energy, muscle, and mood levels. I am VERY excited to share the workouts James has taught me. Additionally, which supplements are not only RIGHT for you but WHY in my blog entries to come.

My future content will include things about nutrition, workouts, and healthy recipes. I also plan to share information about the supplements I am currently taking which can be purchased in store, at Peak Nutrition. I am no where near where I want to be today, but look forward to living out my new found healthy lifestyle on a daily basis.

We all have goals. What are yours?

Feel free to visit their Facebook page, or their website at http://peak-nutrition.com for more information.
