Femme Fit is HERE! Just in time for Fall!

Hi beautiful babes!

First of all, I freaking miss writing about my fitness journey (it's officially been 10 months since I started-sheesh!), and sharing tips with my amazing booty queen, Savanna Ray! I am going to be making it a valid point to start sharing my personal favorite exercises, local classes/gyms, diet tips, etc.as promised here VERY soon. So don't check out on me friends! A lot of the delay has to do with the fact that I am currently looking for a different job, and building my personal business to a new level- so things have been a little hectic. I never thought I would say this, but I've been doing a lot of soul searching to really figure out what I want. I hope all of you are taking a second to think about these things because for someone on the go ALL of the time it's been a process for me haha!

IF you know me at all, you know I am doing my best to give you all EDUCATIONAL information, not paid ad BS*... I am not here to sway my readers the wrong way. Especially when it comes to health, and a healthy lifestyle. I hate how bloggers, and celebrities post things just for the sake of their bank accounts... It's not fair or realistic!

Ok phew* Rant o v e r....

I have been pushing myself to focus hard core on this Fall Faster Fitness "6 Week Fat Loss Challenge" because let's be honest- it's not fun eating super clean when it starts to get cold out! :( I'm excited to post about my final results, and answer any questions you all may have! This is going to be my first Winter with my new lifestyle, let's cross our fingers that I can keep reaching new goals, and keep that darn body fat OFF! Hopefully you all have been able to make some of my roomie Carly's Fav protein bakery treats in my food section! I have some fun ones that I will also be posting these next few weeks.

If you weren't able to sign up for the 6 Week Challenge this time around, don't worry it will be back in January! I will let you all know the date as soon as I know.

HOWEVER, I do have an AMAZING alternative for my gal pals that don't live in Saint Louis, or for the ones that do that want to jump start one of these challenges before January! I am so excited to formally be able to write about Faster Fitness' new launch of 'Femme Fit,' an online personal training program! There are two different options that Faster Fitness is offering in this app, the '21 Day Challenge,' and the general monthly membership option. The 21 day challenge is almost the exact same program as the 6 Week Fat Loss Challenge that FF does here in Saint Louis, so that's what I am recommending to a lot of my female followers who are wanting to similar results to the ones I've had to start out with!

First things first, let's meet the creators/owners of Femme Fit! I know I have gushed a little bit (ok a lot haha) before about Marshall and Savanna on old blog and Instagram posts but I have some newbie followers right? ;)

Savanna is a pharmacist and has 8+ years of experience in the doctoral studies of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Her primary passion is utilizing this knowledge to develop female focused training and nutrition programs to help women gain confidence and build their dream bodies.

 

A little more about the '21 Day Challenge' program:

This program is pretttyyy awesome because it is only 21 DAYS! And guess what... that's how long it takes to create a habit ;)

From personal experience I was so addicted to getting amazing results from the 6 week challenge, that by the 21 day mark I couldn't stop pushing myself to keep it up after the challenge was over. I seriously can't believe how you can seriously mold your body how you want it to be, it just takes sacrifices, focus, and most importantly TIME.

I can't sit here and tell you you are going to get to exactly where you want to be when you finish this program, however the whole purpose of this Challenge is to TEACH you how to eat and feed your metabolism the RIGHT way, AND lose weight while doing so. You'll also be doing work outs that tone, sculpt, and get that booty nice and juicy ;)

After completing this program, you will have the option to join Femme Fit and receive more personalized work out programs, and meal plans or opt out! I like that Marshall and Savanna set up Femme Fit to be a monthly subscription, where you can cancel at ANY time. They are not going to lock you into this program if you do not see the results that you want (which I promise you will not happen lol), or you don't have the desire to continue your journey with this program.

 

Here's how it works:

4. Set a side 4 or more days to get your workouts in (I recommend adding in sprints to really help you shred that tummy), and buy the food that is given to you in the meal plans to prep every week of the challenge!

5. Don't forget to take your before and after photos! These are REALLY what helps you see HOW FAR you have come during your challenge! You signed up for this, you deserve to see how hard you worked :)

 

The general 'Femme Fit Monthly Membership":

1. You will sign up for the MONTHLY membership which is $99 a month (still so cray how affordable this is for the amount of coaching, workout guidance, and meal plans you are receiving).

2. Marshall is still going to be your coach, and will check in with you/ answer any questions you may have

3. This program is basically what members at Faster Fitness get, fitness and diet wise except it is pin pointed for the female body! I will be following a ton of these work outs because I am at the point in my fitness journey where I want to start growing my butt, and the Winter time is the perfect time to start eating more to feed my muscles :) So I am going to be changing things up a little bit. I am excited to tell you all how this goes because I feel like we are all curious about how to slim down, and tone up!

 

Calling All Local STL Ladies:

Keep an eye out for fun local Femme Fit events! Femme just had their first mini 'booty building camp' at Faster Fitness this past weekend, and it was a BLAST! One of the trainers I've also mentioned a ton in my blogs, Greg kicked our booties with amazing butt burning exercises that I will definitely be doing outside of my gym classes/at home!

I have had a lot of woman ask me what my secret has been thru all of this.. and honestly this isn't what they like to hear but I'll say it... It's NOT easy. I have fallen off a few times and had to pick myself up again. You have to find WHAT motivates you throughout this whole journey. It is YOUR journey for that reason. I want to look like my dream body and be the healthiest version of myself that I can be! Making excuses for myself made me literally get as high as 36% body fat.. It took me stepping on a scale, and the before and after photos to realize it starts with ME. Weight is a super sensitive topic for women, and there is nothing worse then not being comfortable in your skin. That is why I am so grateful for having amazing coaches at Faster Fitness in my life, they care about my success and are there for my failures. That's why I am ECSTATIC that Savanna and Marshall have made their dreams of having an app, REALITY.

How amazing is it to see your friends succeed? It's what I want for all of my readers. So seriously..please let me know if I can help you all at all because it is WHY I write in the first place!
